4.4. Communications

You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications. We may still send you important administrative and transactional messages related to your account and the App.

4.6. Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. Here's what you need to know:

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account through the Account Settings page in the app. You will be required to enter your username to confirm the deletion.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  • Your profile information (name, email, username, bio, avatar)
  • All your collections and their content
  • All items you've added to collections
  • All images and files you've uploaded
  • Your subscription and billing information
  • Usage data and activity logs associated with your account

Immediate Effects

Once you confirm account deletion, the process is immediate and irreversible. You will be logged out and redirected to the sign-in page. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

Backup Data

Some data may persist in our backup systems for up to 30 days for technical and security reasons. After this period, all traces of your data are permanently removed from our systems.

Collaborative Content

If you have collaborated on collections with other users, your contributions will be removed, but the collections themselves (owned by other users) will remain intact.

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We cannot recover your data once the deletion process is complete. Please ensure you have downloaded or backed up any important information before proceeding.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encryption, firewalls, and secure server infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

6. Data Retention

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with the App services, fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. When your account is terminated or you request deletion of your data, we will take reasonable steps to remove your personal information from our active systems, although some data may be retained in backup copies for a limited period.

7. Child Safety Statement

Our Commitment: We are committed to protecting user privacy and maintaining a safe environment, especially for children. We do not store, collect, or facilitate any content related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

7.1. Child Safety & Protection

Our application maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). CSAE refers to content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, including but not limited to:

  • Grooming children for sexual exploitation
  • Sextorting children
  • Trafficking of children for sexual purposes
  • Any other form of sexual exploitation of minors
  • Content that sexualizes, abuses, or otherwise harms children

Important: We do not store, transmit, or facilitate access to any sexual content involving minors, abuse materials, or content that could be used to exploit children.

7.2. Data Collection & Storage

Our application follows strict data protection principles:

  • No CSAE Content: We do not collect, store, or process any content that could constitute child sexual abuse or exploitation
  • Minimal Data Collection: We only collect data necessary for app functionality
  • Secure Storage: Any data we do collect is stored securely with industry-standard encryption
  • No Inappropriate Content: Our systems are designed to prevent the storage or transmission of harmful content

7.3. User Responsibilities

Users of our application agree to:

  • Not upload, share, or transmit any content that exploits or harms children
  • Report any suspicious or inappropriate content immediately
  • Use the application in accordance with all applicable laws
  • Respect the safety and privacy of all users, especially minors

7.4. Third-Party Services

Any third-party services integrated into our application are carefully vetted to ensure they meet our child safety standards and do not store or process inappropriate content.
